Bath & Stonehenge Weekend Trip 21-23 November!

The Hellenic Society is pleased to announce our first weekend trip of the 08-09 season to BATH & STONEHENGE!

We’ve booked a coach and 49 beds in the quite famous YMCA hostel in Bath for the weekend of 21st to 23rd of November. The coach leaves Manchester 5pm on Friday afternoon, arrives in Bath, where we stay for 2 nights in the YMCA, and leave Sunday noon to visit the mysterious must-see attraction Stonehenge, and then head back home.

Discover Bath’s heritage at the world famous Roman Baths, bathe in Britain’s only natural thermal waters at Thermae Bath Spa or visit the 15th century Bath Abbey. From art and history, to fashion and Jane Austen, there really is something for everyone. Explore the beautiful countryside surrounding Bath and enjoy walking, cycling, boating or even hot-air ballooning. Take in the view on one of Bath’s glorious golf courses or cheer from the sidelines at Bath Rugby or the racecourse.

The price of the trip includes coach travel, 2 nights accommodation in the hostel and 2 breakfasts. The hostel has two types of rooms: dormitory-style rooms with 10 beds (ideal for big groups of friends), and smaller 2, 3 and 4-bed rooms. All rooms share bathrooms and amenities, but the hostel is very clean and you can check the facilities on their website for yourselves: www.bathymca.co.uk

We’re holding a special promotion for the first week of bookings:
-if you book before Friday November 7th, prices are £70 for dorm beds or £80 for private room beds.
-after 8/11 the prices are £80 for the dorm rooms and £90 for the smaller rooms.
