Lake District Trip 19 April ‘08!

Holed up studying too long? Missing the Greek beaches?
Well ,we can’t take you swimming to the sea, but we have a great alternative:
on Saturday 19th April we’re taking a coach to Lake Keswick in the Lake District for a Day Trip! The Lake is a must-see destination in the UK.
Once there you can:
-lunch and shop around the traditional english village by the lake,
-have a picnic with your friends on the green hills overlooking the lake,
-walk down the picturesque forest path around the lake,
-take a ferry tour through the lake (getting on and off at the various stops around the perimeter if you want to walk through the forest to the next stop),
-do water sports, or
-rent your own small boat with your friends and row around the lake at your leisure (highly recommended!)
Ticket prices ONLY £12!! Limited seats so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment! Coaches leave Opal Gardens at 9am, and Student Union (Oxford Road) at 9:15am as usual, and then leaving from the lakes by 7pm.

and for those wondering, the Bath & Stonehenge trip is cancelled due to low interest and a lot of our members suggesting that they only have free time for a day trip due to the busy exam schedule.
