Mardi Gras and the Carnival has begun and the Greek Society of Manchester is celebrating in Style!
Come join us for the biggest Carnival Party in Manchester on the closing weekend of the Carnival, SATURDAY 8 MARCH, from midnight till 4am! As always, in CLUB ACADEMY, the university’s largest clubbing venue with 400 capacity!
Everyone’s encouraged to come in costume, and the Best Costumes of the night will be rewarded with great CASH prizes (more info on that very very soon)
Club Academy is in the basement of the Student Union on Oxford Road, opposite the International Society. Entry is £5 with a free drink

USEFUL ADDRESS FOR COSTUME SHOPS:
In Afflecks Palace in the city centre (corner of Oldham Str and Dale Str), on the top floor. There’s a fancy dress store there, with a huge variety and also next to it a vintage store with lts of old dresses and fun wigs.
